David Floyd & Associates, Inc. offers consulting services to Associations that are self-managed or need assistance that their current property manager is unable to provide.  


Hiring a full-service professional property management company typically costs between $20-40 per home per month. Many Associations (especially smaller Associations) may not be able to afford full-service professional property management without having significantly higher HOA fees. 


For most communities, guidance from a professional property management company is going to be necessary at some point... whether the streets need to be repaved, the grounds are looking rough, the roofs need to be replaced, the pool needs to be redone, the governing documents need to revised, etc. Let us put our decades of experience to work for you without breaking the bank! Our Consulting services are charged on an hourly rate (rather than a set monthly rate), and there is no long-term commitment.
