David Floyd & Associates, Inc. offers consulting services to Associations that are self-managed or may not currently be looking to hire a new management company. Our consulting services can assist Associations with special projects or give guidance to Associations regarding normal property management operations. While our full-service management services are only available in Tennessee, our HOA consulting services are available nationwide.
HOA Consulting provides a unique service to the residential community, specifically the Board of Directors of homeowners associations to enhance the relationship with the community and vendors. By bringing individual attention to the Board of Directors, HOA Consulting provides guidance to the Board in addressing the needs and concerns of the community through effective communication as well as assisting the Board and community in indentifying, developing, and managing projects and programs that are the community's responsibility.
HOA Consulting does not replace the service you receive from your management company (if your HOA has a management company). We do not interfere with the relationship between your Board, community, vendors, and management company.
Hiring a full service professional property management company typically costs between $10-20 per home per month. Many HOAs (especially smaller communities) cannot afford this without having significantly higher HOA fees.
