CLOSING INFORMATION FOR TITLE COMPANIES & CLOSING ATTORNEYS

Typically, prior to a closing, purchase, or refinance, the closing attorney or title company will request detailed information from the Property Management Company which may include account statements, form(s) to be completed and certified regarding HOA Fees, Late Fees, HOA Fee Status, Transfer Fees, Working Capital Fees, Special Assessments, Insurance Contacts, etc.  For the completion and certification of the above, DF&A, Inc. charges a $175 fee, in advance, payable via the 3rd PayPal link below.  There is also a $250 expedited option and a $300 last-minute rush option, payable via the 1st and 2nd PayPal links below. 


INFORMATION & DOCUMENTATION FOR LENDERS, REALTORS, & APPRAISERS

Lenders typically require the completion and certification of Questionnaires, Forms, Fees, Budgets, Financial Information, Owner/Investor Ratios, Governing Documents, Insurance Contact Information, etc. before issuing a loan.  Realtors and Appraisers may also request information regarding homeowners associations on behalf of their clients.  For the completion and certification of the above, DF&A, Inc. charges a $175 fee, in advance, payable via the 3rd PayPal link below.  There is also a $250 expedited option and a $300 last-minute rush option, payable via the 1st and 2nd PayPal links below. 

Instructions for Submitting A Request

Please email the form/questionnaire/request to DFloydForms@gmail.com. Please be sure to include the payment receipt along with the property address and HOA name in your email.


NOTE: If you would like for us to provide our standard closing form (with account balance, HOA fees, transfer fees, insurance info, other fees owed, etc.) or complete a standard full/short form condo questionnaire, please specify this. in your email.
