David Floyd & Associates, Inc.'s Rental Registration Program allows for a comprehensive database of renters within the Association to be created and maintained. This database allows us to establish communication contacts with the tenants directly for emergencies, non-compliance issues, and community news.
For Associations that participate in the Rental Registration Program, owners are required to provide the name(s) of the tenant(s), contact info for the tenant(s), and the lease dates each time a change in tenant(s) occurs. This information can be provided by completing and submitting the form at the bottom of the page.
Additionally, a $150 fee is to be paid to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. each time a change in tenant(s) occurs. This fee is charged to investor-owners, not to the Association; however, investor-owners may choose to charge this fee back to their tenants if desired. The rental registration fee can be paid with a credit card via the PayPal link on this page or by mailing a check to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. 104 East Park Dr. Suite 320, Brentwood, TN 37027 (please write "rental registration fee" in the memo section of check).
