David Floyd & Associates, Inc.'s Rental Registration Program allows for a comprehensive database of renters within the Association to be created and maintained. This database allows us to establish communication contacts with the tenants directly for emergencies, non-compliance issues, and community news.
For Associations that participate in the Rental Registration Program, investor-owners are required to provide their tenants' names, contact information, and lease dates each time that a change in tenant(s) occurs. Additionally, a $150 fee is to be paid to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. each time a change in tenant(s) occurs. This fee is charged to investor-owners (not to the Association); however, investor-owners may choose to charge this fee back to their tenants if desired. The $150 Rental Registration Fee can be paid via a credit/debit card by clicking on the payment button on this page.
