DF&A's Rental Registration Program allows for a comprehensive database of renters within the Association to be created and maintained. This database allows us to establish communication contacts with the tenants directly for emergencies, non-compliance issues, and Association news.
For Associations that participate in the Rental Registration Program, DF&A requires investor-owners to provide the name of the tenant(s), contact info for the tenant(s), and the lease terms each time a new lease is entered. This information can be provided by completing and submitting the form at the bottom of the page.
Additionally, a $150 fee is to be paid to DF&A each time a new lease is entered. This fee is charged to investor-owners, NOT to the Association (investor-owners may choose to charge this fee back to the tenants). This fee is payable via the PayPal link below or via mailing a check to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. at 104 East Park Drive, Suite 320, Brentwood, TN 37027 (please write "DF&A Rental Registration Fee" in the memo section of check).

The $150 Rental Registration fee can be paid with a credit/debit card via the PayPal link below or by mailing a check to David Floyd & Associates, Inc.
2. Complete the Rental Registration Form
The Rental Registration form is located at the bottom of this page.
A $150 Rental Registration Fee is to be paid to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. each time a new lease is entered.
You are not required to join PayPal to pay via the PayPal link. After clicking one time, you will be given the option to pay by credit or debit card.
If preferred, the Rental Registration Fee can be paid by mailing a check to David Floyd & Associates, Inc.
