Payment of HOA Fees by Auto-Draft:
Homeowners are encouraged to pay their HOA fees by signing up for auto-draft through our company. This saves owners the worry from having to remember to pay their fees, avoids late fees, and at the same time helps with the Association's cash flows. There is no charge to sign up on our auto-draft program. In most instances, the draft actually takes place between the 6th and 10th of each month. If you change your bank account or sell your home, please remember to notify us in writing at least ten (10) days before the change occurs. An auto-draft form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
Online Payment of HOA Fees:
Most of the Associations we manage are set up to allow owners to pay their monthly fee online through Union Bank at https://www.hoabankservices.com. To make an online payment, first select your HOA and then enter your account number (same as your street address or unit number). Recurring payments can be set up as well through this platform (but only for a set period of time). There is no feee for online payments via e-check, but there is a processing fee if you choose to pay by credit card.
Payment of HOA Fees by Check:
Homeowners are welcome to pay their HOA Fees the old-fashioned way by mailing a check to our office at 104 East Park Drive, Suite 320 Brentwood, TN 37027. Please make sure all checks are made payable to your HOA and include a payment coupon. Checks should also include your individual address or unit number in the memo section.
