PAYMENT OF HOA FEES BY AUTO-DRAFT (highly recommended): Homeowners are encouraged to pay their HOA fees via auto-draft through our company. This saves owners the worry from having to remember to pay their HOA fees, avoids late fees, and helps with the Association's cash flow. There is no charge to sign up for auto-draft. If you change your bank account or if you sell your home, please remember to notify us in writing at least ten (10) days before the change occurs. Please fill out the auto-draft form located on this page and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to David Floyd & Associates, Inc. at 104 East Park Dr. Suite 320 Brentwood, TN 37027. Please include a voided check with the completed auto-draft form.
ONLINE PAYMENT OF HOA FEES: Prestwick Place is set up to allow owners to pay their monthly fee online through Union Bank. To make a one-time online payment, go to hoabankservices.com and click on "Make Payment." Then click on "Make a One-Time Payment." Then enter your HOA name (Prestwick Place) in the "Homeowners Association Name" box and click on "Find." Then enter your Account Number (same as your Prestwick Place unit number). Then click on "Yes, Continue to Make a Payment." You can then enter the amount you wish to make a payment for and choose your payment method. There is no charge for online payments unless you pay by credit card. The free payment method is known as payment by e-check.
PAYMENT OF HOA FEES BY CHECK: Owners are welcome to pay their HOA Fees the old-fashioned way by mailing a check to Prestwick Place HOA c/o David Floyd and Associates, Inc. 104 East Park Drive, Suite 320 Brentwood, TN 37027. Please make sure all checks are made payable to Prestwick Place HOA and include your unit number in the memo section.
Hazard insurance is include in the monthly HOA fee. Please contact Robins Insurance Agency via email email@example.com or via phone at 615-665-9200 to obtain a certificate of insurance.
At closing, buyers are charged a $500 transfer fee (which is split equally between the HOA and the management company).
