You can pay by auto-draft, online, or by mailed check. Go to Pay HOA Fees and search for your community to see the options and mailing address that apply to you.
Auto-draft through David Floyd & Associates, Inc. is free. For online payments, the payment processor charges a fee for one-time eCheck payments and for credit card payments. The current fees are shown on the payment portal before you submit a payment.
Visit the Auto-Draft Form page. There is no charge to homeowners for this service.
On the payment portal, click Register and enter your property information. Your registration is reviewed and matched to your account before you can sign in. Once approved, you will receive an email from donotreply@cincsystems.net with a link to set your password. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Make the check payable to your homeowners association and write your property address in the memo line. The correct mailing address for your community is shown on the Pay HOA Fees page.
Submit an accounting inquiry or email accounting@dfloydassoc.com.
Call 615-297-2824. Our phones are answered by a live person 24/7/365. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
Use the Maintenance Requests form.
It depends on your community. Each association's governing documents define what the association maintains and what each owner maintains. If you are unsure, email us your address and the issue and we will check your community's documents.
Use the Report Violations form.
In most communities, exterior changes such as fences, paint colors, additions and landscaping require approval from the Board or Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before work begins. Your community’s governing documents set the requirements.
To submit a request, visit our ARC Requests page and complete the form. Provide your community name, property address, contact information and a clear description of the proposed changes. Include any plans, photos, materials, colors or other supporting documents required by your community.
Wait for written approval before beginning work. Submitting a request does not mean it has been approved.
If your association participates in the Rental Registration Program, owners must provide their tenants' names, contact information, and lease dates each time a tenant changes. See Rental Registration for details and the applicable fee.
Your title company, closing attorney, or lender can order documents from our Resources page or email forms@dfloydassoc.com.
Use the Update Your Contact Info form.
Search for your community on Visit Your HOA's Website. If your community does not have a website, email info@dfloydassoc.com.
